Gary Forristal, Controller
Gary has been a licensed practicing Certified Public Accountant for the past Twenty years and holds certificates in both Missouri and Kansas. He brings many years of in-depth construction accounting, extensive tax experience and knowledge of numerous accounting software programs. He currently is a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Kansas.
Rob Little, Project Manager/Superintendent
Rob earned a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering and has worked in the construction industry for the last 25 years. His vast experience in all aspects of construction, including industrial, institutional, commercial, and specializing in the restaurant industry has made him a valuable asset to this company.
Jerry O’Connor, Chief Estimator
Jerry has a BS in Business Administration. For over 35 years, he has specialized in estimating and project management in the following industries: pulp and paper, petro chemical, big box retail spaces, national and international military bases, and educational facilities and municipalities. His integrity, professionalism, and abilities make him a key asset to any project.
Steve Forristal, Senior Project Manager
Steve adds over twenty years of construction management experience, with an emphasis in healthcare. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction and Management and his experience and working knowledge streamlines new construction and renovation while providing a first quality fully functional product for the end user.
Jordon Jones, Project Manager
Jordon earned a BA in Financial Management and a minor in Marketing. Jordon holds a Class “A” Contractor’s License and a Florida Building Contractor’s License. He adds 8 years of experience in Project Management. His dedication and ability to facilitate, and communicate with clients, provides a great asset to our organization.
Rick Keller, General Superintendent
Rick has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years and has been in a supervisory role for over 25 years. He adds tremendous value while running the projects in the field due to the fact that he has also been involved in estimating and project management for over 20 years. Rick has supervised projects ranging from small interior remodels to $20,000,000.00+ new buildings.
James Servaes, Superintendent
James has over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. His experience ranges from multi-family housing, retail, manufacturing and healthcare housing and holds a Contractor’s Class “B” License. His experience as an estimator, superintendent and project manager is effective in managing an organized project from out of the ground to closing out the project.
John Caswell, Superintendent
John has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been in a supervisory role for most of those 30 years. His supervisory projects range from retail renovation to complete new construction. His dedication and ability to communicate and manage the project team leads to an on-time and on-budget project completion.
